Nursing at Pleven Medical University

Medical University – Pleven requires international Nursing applicants to submit the following main documents for the February 2027 intake:

1. Application form completed through the university’s electronic application system, printed and signed.
2. NACID Validation of Secondary Education Certificate recognising the secondary-school qualification in the Bulgarian education system.
3. Secondary-school-leaving certificate and statement of marks, including the grade in the official language of the country where secondary education was completed. That grade must be at least 62% of the maximum possible grade.
4. Eligibility certificate confirming that the applicant has the right to continue to university in the country where the school qualification was awarded.
5. Name affidavit if the applicant’s name differs between the school documents, eligibility letter and passport.
6. Four recent passport-size colour photographs.
7. Copy of ID or international passport.
8. English certificate at B2 level or above if English is not an official language in the applicant’s country.

The relevant school and eligibility documents must be translated into Bulgarian and legalised according to the university’s requirements. The hard-copy deadline for the February 2027 intake is 26 October 2026.
